A large group of 11 met in the beautiful garden of the Jardin Poncet restaurant in St Raphael under cloudy skies, and the rain did arrive for a short period but fortunately the sunshades over the tables also protected us from the rain.  The restaurant helped us to celebrate Jill Ghelfi’s birthday in style – see below. This group is based at St John’s but welcomes ladies from the British Association of the Var and friends of friends, so has proved to be a success with a database of 32 people.
